Texas Hold'em is a community card game, which means that there are open cards used by all players to make their best hands. In Texas Hold'em there are five community cards that each player combines with the two cards they are holding in order to make the best possible five card hand. Texas Hold'em is the most popular form of poker, it's easy to learn texas holdem but difficult to master. In a shorter period of time any player can win over the best player in the world due to the short term luck factor. But in the long run the luck factor will be decreased to zero and the best players always win.
Texas Hold'em is a great game, it's funny and competitive. There is no optimal strategy that is more applicable than any other. Many players evolve a unique style of play from their personalities. Each with their own skills, some with more skills than others. Some players are good readers, with a strong intuition and can read opponents hands, some players are quick on calculating the potodds and some are good at managing their bankroll. The more skills players possess the better prerequisities they have to become a successful Texas Hold'em player.
